The Gen 3 Level 1 is part of the Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS). The level 1 is an ultra low weight low volume base layer. It is designed to be worn next to skin under a soldiers uniform. It features a moisture-wicking and highly breathable fabric to help keep you dry.
