Custom Helmet Builder

We are proud to introduce the first custom helmet builder of its kind in collaboration with ArmorSource.  You can finally build your own helmet from a base of a carbon fiber bump or ultralight weight ballistic shell. The standard features will include Team Wendy Boa retnetion system, Fuzz Covers from Dynamic Fuzz, rails, NVG shroud, and colorway of your choosing. 

For the Carbon Bump, we will include the prime pads from ArmorSource as we think these provide the perfect fit due the thin shell of the helmet. You can choose the updated ArmorSource Loop kit or the SF patterned kit from Opscore. The new Aire Shroud is standard but you can also choose to go with the Wilcox option as well. Rails are your choice between MLOK and ARC patterned rails. Total system weight comes in around 1.75lbs for a large. Shell sizes range from small to X-Large with extra small and 2XL sizing accomodated by thinner or thicker pads. 

The Ballistic shell is based off the AireLE model from ArmorSource. This helmet maintains a low cost while being one of the lightest on the market. A size large with Team Wendy pads and retention weighs just 2.25lbs. This helmet will come standard with the same features as the Carbon Bump with the exception of the Epic Air system being included as the ballistic shell has more weight. 

If there is a color or camo that you don’t see that you want, reach out and we can see if thats an option for you. Also, if you want cheaper internals for a lower priced helmet, we are happy to make that happen and reduce the price. Also, if you want a full cut or mid cut helmet, ket us know. there is not price difference for that.
